Delete your LaMoon account.

In the app

1. Open LaMoon and go to your Profile.
2. Open Settings (top right).
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Without the app

Send us the request below, from the email address or with the phone number on your account. We confirm it is you before deleting anything, and finish within 30 days.

Or email privacy@lamoon.network with the subject “Delete my account”.

What is deleted

• Your profile: username, display name, photo, bio and links.
• Your videos are taken down and no longer shown anywhere.
• Your comments.
• Any live stream you are running is ended.
• You are signed out on every device and cannot sign back in.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of payments, coin purchases, gifts and creator payouts. The law requires us to keep financial records, so these are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.
• Reports and moderation decisions, for as long as we need them to handle abuse and appeals.

Unused coins are forfeited when the account is deleted (Terms of Service). If you have an active Moonwatcher subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting your LaMoon account does not stop the store from billing you.
